Six Thinking Hats Wild Deer

Hi there today I did a reading activity. It was to do with deer and why or why not they were a pest. I did not think they were a pest because we can eat them and there is no point in getting rid of them because then we would not be able to hunt as much.

This is my activity I did,  it was really fun. I hoped you learnt something from my blog this week Bye.

Who's that Animal pest? W1 T3

Hi there, this week I have done a slide about Animal Pests in New Zealand. The reason I did this is because we had to recognise animal footprints/poo etc. I think that these animals are pests because they ruin native plants and habitats and ruin feeding spots for native birds. Here is my slide.

here is my slide i think i could of improved the punctuation and make it more understanding.I hoped you learnt something today Bye.

Wishtree Novel Acrostic Poem

Kia Ora today i,m going to show you my Wishtree acrostic poem here it is

This is my acrostic poem. I made this because it was a follow up task from a book we have been reading called Wishtree. It was an amazing book and I suggest you read it. The book is about a girl called Samar and a boy called Stephen and of course a Wishtree. It's a really good book about friendship, including others, racism and kindness. The main characters in the book are Samar (a Muslim girl) and Stephen who is neighbours with Samar.  They are not yet friends. Red is the Wishtree with 269 Rings. Red decides to help Samar and Stephen become friends. How can a tree help you may wonder?  Read the book to find out.
