In the News...

In May last year there was a volcano in Hawaii that erupted. It spread really fast spreading 875 acres of volcanic ash and it destroyed up to 700 homes that got in the way of it. It sent heaps of volcanic ash 30,000 feet in the air. Here goes a video/image

My opinion is that this was a pretty devastating event for many people because all there homes were either destroyed or burned to a crisp. I think that they should make a huge shelter for all the people who's house got destroyed so they get free food, free water and warm beds so they can feel kinda good. 

I am glad there are no active volcanoes where I live.
